Grilled Chicken Salad

This is great this time of the year with all the grilling going on. If we have leftovers after a get together this is what I make. Great to take to work for lunch!


2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled and diced
1 red onion, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
2 TBSP Old Bay Seasoning
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 TBSP lime juice

In a large bowl stir together all ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
